The following form is used to apply for a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA Number). This is for returning defective products still under warranty from Robotnik.com for repair and/or replacement. Please be aware that this is not an automated process, each request is reviewed by our RMA department and only after approval will an RMA number be assigned. This may take up to 24 hours (Excluding Sunday’s). If after 24 hours you have not received your RMA number, please contact us directly at rma@robotnik.com for status. Please be sure to read over the Warranty & Returns Policy to make sure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
