Order Pick-Up Information
Robotnik offers the ability to pick-up your order from our retail store location. Simply chose Pick-Up At Halifax Store as your delivery method when checking out.
After we receive your order, we will contact you by phone to let you know when your order is ready to be picked up. This may take a few days if we do not have your part in stock. We will contact you if there are any delays with your order. You may also contact us for status on your order at (902) 425-1599 Extension 1.
Pick-Up Orders are held for 1 week after the invoice date. If after 1 week we are unable to make contact with you, the order will be canceled.
Please allow up to 24 hours for online order processing. If you need to pick up your order the same day, please contact us at (902) 425-1599 ext 1.
You may also place an order in person at the store if you prefer, or simply browse our current stock, or chat with a technician about the products you wish to purchase.
We now have a second retail location in Antigonish, NS for your convenience. You may place your order online and choose to pick up at the Antigonish location (Student Computers.ca).
